Proceed to the 90-Day Accelerator within 30 days and the full $4,000 comes off the $45,000 fee. If we find little headroom, we'll tell you so in writing, and you'll still have the clearest picture of your team you've ever had.

Is this the free assessment?
No. The free assessment on our home page is your view of the team: twelve questions, an instant summary, and a report. The Teamitis Diagnostic measures every member's view, confidentially, with 1:1 debriefs and a costed readout. Most leaders are surprised by the gap between the two.
Do I have to buy the Accelerator afterwards?
No. Many teams stop here, and they still know more about their team than most leaders ever do. If you do proceed within 30 days, every dollar of the Diagnostic credits against the program. If we find little headroom, we'll tell you so in writing.
What if our team is bigger than 10?
The $4,000 covers an intact team of up to 10. Above that we quote, because each extra person is another confidential debrief. Tell us the headcount on the first call and you will have a number during the conversation. Above 20 people it is usually more than one team, and we will say so rather than stretch the work thin.
How is it delivered?
In person, virtual, or blended. The assessment is completed online, and the debriefs are private conversations with us. What matters is that every member takes part, not where they sit. Professional fees shown. Venue and travel costs for in-person sessions are agreed in advance and billed at cost.
