From baseline to measured delta
The most we take on per quarter, so yours gets us personally
The same instrument, run twice. Proof, not promises
Three Situations Bring Leaders Here
You've inherited a team
You get their habits long before you get their trust, and the clock started the day you did.
You've been handed a new mandate
The strategy changed, the team hasn't, and the board is watching the gap between the two.
The results are under new scrutiny
The team is busy and committed, yet the outcomes keep landing short of what everyone knows is possible. There's a name for that: Teamitis™.
The same pattern shows up when a team is integrating an acquisition, carrying a change mandate it never agreed how to run, or has been labeled underperforming without anyone measuring why. Different trigger, same gap, same fix.
Eight Components. One Fixed Scope.

The re-diagnostic, and the measured delta.
Starts are flexible: we begin on your calendar, not a cohort schedule. The only constraint is our commitment to a three-client-per-quarter cap to assure personal service.
The Measured Change Guarantee
If the day-90 re-diagnostic shows no measurable improvement, we keep working with your team at no further fee until it does. The condition is simple: your team shows up to the cadence. Nobody else in this market guarantees anything but a fun afternoon.
$45,000. Fixed and Inclusive.
One fee covers all eight components for one team across the full 90 days, guarantee included. No day rates.
Professional fees shown. Venue and travel costs for in-person sessions are agreed in advance and billed at cost.
Book a 25-Minute CallThe math
A 10-person enterprise leadership team runs roughly $2M a year in fully loaded payroll. If Teamitis suppresses just 20% of its output, that's $400,000 a year of paid-for capacity going missing. This program costs about a tenth of one year of that loss.
The Teamitis Diagnostic. $4,000.
Not sure yet? Start with the Teamitis Diagnostic alone at $4,000. If you proceed to the Accelerator within 30 days, every dollar credits against the program. If we find little headroom, we'll tell you so in writing.
One Leadership Team. Four Executives.
Same Verdict.
The CEO, COO, CHRO, and CFO of EDP describe, on camera and in their own words, how a leadership team that was pulling in different directions became a cohesive one that exceeded its business objectives.
What You'll Want to Know
How much of my team's time does this take?
Plan for under one hour per person per week, scheduled around your delivery calendar. The program is designed to run alongside real work, not instead of it.
What size of team does this work for?
Intact leadership and functional teams, typically 6 to 15 people. Larger groups usually mean more than one team; we'll tell you honestly on the first call.
Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. The diagnostic, coaching, and sprints all run in person, virtual, or blended. What matters is the cadence, not the room.
Why would a consultancy offer a guarantee?
Because we measure. The diagnostic gives us a day-0 baseline and a day-90 re-test on the same instrument, so we're comfortable being accountable to the delta. Consultancies that don't measure can't guarantee; that's rather the point.
Can we just buy the Diagnostic?
Yes, and many teams start there. It's $4,000, takes one to two weeks, and ends with a costed readout of exactly where your team stands. If you go no further, you'll still know more about your team than most leaders ever do.
How does this compare to your workshops and experiences?
They're different products. An Experience or a custom multi-day program creates a shift in a room, and it's priced by group size and duration. The Accelerator guarantees a measured delta over 90 days, and it's priced by outcome. One is an event; the other is accountable to a number.
Why only three client teams a quarter?
Because every team is measured twice on the same instrument, and every member is debriefed confidentially. That work does not compress. Three is the number we can take while giving each team the attention the guarantee depends on. When the quarter is full we will tell you, and we will tell you when the next slot is rather than starting you late.
How fast can we start?
Usually the same or following week, subject to our three-client-per-quarter cap, which is there to assure personal service. We start on your calendar, not a cohort schedule.
